Definitely The Firm classics (1-6). But when it comes to food, I hate every kind of cheese - just the smell of cheese grosses me out!

I agree, The Firm volumes 1 to 6 definitely fit in the Cheese category. This is how I differentiate between camp and cheese: Camp can be entertaining and amusing. A good workout with instructors who don't take themselves TOO seriously. Whereas cheese just makes me want to leave the room (or turn off the dvd player). As in the case of the classic Firms, the smell is too overpowering for me.

My favorite cheese includes the Fit Prime Fat Burning with the jungle background, the rodeo moves from Firm Basics, Yoga Booty Ballet with the randomly appearing drum guy (someone needs to make a drinking game where you have to do a shot every time he appears) and the Gilad workout where he slips and falls off the rubber mat and they all go nuts for a few minutes since they lose their place.

If Yoga Booty Ballet is cheese, then that takes my vote.
Also, after trying Cardio Inferno (Billy Blanks), I actually LIKE when he looks at the camera and says, "harder!...Good!" assuming I've done it harder (which I have!

Ooh, yes, Original Buns of Steel is definitely my favourite cheese. (All other types no way--I'm dairy free!)
