I found the website Body Systems who I think created Power Jump and it mentions Les Mill programs. It is not English text but there is a section on Power Jump. Does Les Mills have all those programs here in the clubs? There is photo using bands...BODYVIVE I don't use the rebounder much because I am also looking for good workouts with great music for the rebounder. |

I do AeroJump Sculpt/CTBS on the rebounder as well. I currently do not have any rebounder specific workouts other than the one that came with my UR that I do not care for. Other non-rebounder specific workouts that I use on the rebounder include the high impact sections of the following workouts
1) Tonique 1 and 2 2) Jillian's 30 Day Shred and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism 3) Insanity 3) Montenegro method Endurance workouts (I have this on temp trade and haven't tried the strength and power workouts yet so I do not know if any parts of them could be used on a rebounder) I will have to check out that clip later. I loop these workouts together to get a pretty good heart pumping workout and get almost 30 mins of heart pounding rebounding. Of course you'll need to add your own warm up and cool down but the music is pumping:
