You guys are the BOMB!!!! I had given up on rebounding 'cuz I hated the w/o's I've got.... PLEASE somebody get on this like a dog with a bone & figure something out!!!! Maybe one of you tech-savvy VF-ers could make some DVD-R's ????

I found the website Body Systems who I think created Power Jump and it mentions Les Mill programs. It is not English text but there is a section on Power Jump.
Does Les Mills have all those programs here in the clubs? There is photo using bands...BODYVIVE

I don't use the rebounder much because I am also looking for good workouts with great music for the rebounder.

I misspelled my own name..how sad. Should have been Felecia. Anyway, it means "Rolling on Floor Laughing"

Glad you kept it. I almost considered selling mine but glad I didn't now. There is hope for us

I have the Aero CTBS. Is that the same one as the jump/sculpt? I also have RopeSport. I really like the music on these. There are also good follow along workouts on Youtube.

I do AeroJump Sculpt/CTBS on the rebounder as well. I currently do not have any rebounder specific workouts other than the one that came with my UR that I do not care for. Other non-rebounder specific workouts that I use on the rebounder include the high impact sections of the following workouts
1) Tonique 1 and 2
2) Jillian's 30 Day Shred and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism
3) Insanity
3) Montenegro method Endurance workouts (I have this on temp trade and haven't tried the strength and power workouts yet so I do not know if any parts of them could be used on a rebounder)

I will have to check out that clip later. Thanks for posting it.

Yes they are the same workout. Which reminds me I also do the original Aerobox with Michael O. and Kathy smith on the rebounder- the high impact jump roping sections. I do the jump roping up to a point but when I get tired of the impact or frustrated with not keeping up with the fancy footwork I will use the rebounder.

I loop these workouts together to get a pretty good heart pumping workout and get almost 30 mins of heart pounding rebounding. Of course you'll need to add your own warm up and cool down but the music is pumping:
