Harley Pasternak on QVC tonight

Harley Pasternak (5-Factor Fitness) is on QVC tonight at 9:00 pm est. He'll be selling a 3 DVD set (only 110 minutes of workouts) , a workout bar and some nutritional bars. I know he's famous now for getting celebrities like Jessica Simpson in shape, but I love him from the TV show "The Right Fit".

I just ordered. I need short workouts to get me moving again and like that he has 5 full weeks of food laid out.

I never saw any clips or anything---just him doing the promo. Does anyone know what they are like?

I just watched the clip and I just think he is adorable with his purple shirt and khaki pants. I love that he is not wearing tight spandex, jumping around, showing off his muscles. I guess that shows you what kind of guy I go for...the slightly nerdy type. He seems so calming. I really do not need any more workouts but I may have to get these. I'll be watching tonight. Colleen

I have his book and his basic layout is he has 5 different sculpting moves that you do different reps and then you end with cardio...I am not sure if the dvds will/are the same

I watched the show last night. They had the dvds playing on a tv at the back of the set, behind Harley and the host. There are a total of 5 workouts on 3 dvds. The set comes with a journal and a food plan. It looked like the set on the workouts is nice, around the same type as Jillian Michaels or Jackie Warner's dvds. I think I saw him working out with two other people. There was no sound so I don't know what the music was like, or if there was any.

These look very interesting - it definitely would be great for maintenance. I bought his book 5 years ago but got tired of following a written routine. I bought Powerfit because of the same 20 min short routine sell and I've barely used it. I'm going to wait for feedback about the actual workouts before I jump on the bandwagon.
