Silly question, but do you need a ballet bar to do the workout? I know in class you do but I have never seen one of their videos.

I spent what I can already this week, so I can't buy these yet, but I'm having fun watching you guys pant & drool over this. LOL

Thank you! I actually just viewed their old Designer Sculpting dvd (I just got in on netflix). The routine is very similar to what we do in class. I didn't like the techno beat music. In class we workout to current music, Madonna, Justin Timberlake, etc... Does anyone know how the music will be in the new dvds? I apologize for all these newbie questions, I am very late to this game!! I'm not normally a video person but I can definitely see myself doing these based on the one viewing of the older one. The lead instructor, Burr, chopped her hair off. I don't know when she did it but she looks so different in the video! I was shocked. The 2 founders/instructors at The Bar Method in Summit, NJ where I work out are in San Fran right now. I didn't realize they were there for the dvd release. |
