I have now done the abs sections from B&G, bonus B&G, and LIC. I really the B&G abs (both floor and with the stability ball). When I did the floor abs for the first time I didn't use ankle weights, but I just put them on today. OMG! That was hard. I really like the abs sections that Cathe has put in her workouts this time around. For some reason they don't have the dread factor for me. Yippee!

The B&G non bonus ab work is VERY good. I especially loved the torso rotations and controlled crunches. I haven't yet tried the bonus stability ball abs section, but after hearing all the praise I will try it this week.

My favorite is the bonus stability ball abs segment from Butts and Gutts (and I usually don't prefer abs done with a stability ball). There's an oblique move done with the band that gave me DOMS for two days.

Then, I sincerely think the B&G regular abs section, LIC's, and BM2's are all tied for second.

I LOVE the ab sections from the new workouts. They are fun, challenging, and there are some new moves, too.

I really like BM2, LIC, and B&G non-bonus ab routines! I haven't done Drill Max's or B&G's bonus abs yet, but I'm sure I'll like them as well. I really have to hand it to Cathe, these ab routines are hands down some of the best she's put out! Three cheers !!!!

B & G is a winner two 15 min. abs or 30 min. These ab workouts are great.
