I have now done the abs sections from B&G, bonus B&G, and LIC. I really
the B&G abs (both floor and with the stability ball). When I did the floor abs for the first time I didn't use ankle weights, but I just put them on today. OMG! That was hard. I really like the abs sections that Cathe has put in her workouts this time around. For some reason they don't have the dread factor for me. Yippee!
