I don't have problems with the power skates (knock on wood), but I am always on the wrong leg when Cathe does the wide lunges--in the ones she does with this series & in the ones she's done in the past. I can never seem to get it in my head that you do some kind of knee up thing, then lunge, and I am always screwed up when you have to do a knee up thing to exit.

As for the strength training in this series, I like my strength training with a little heavier weights (& maybe more sets), but I do like the strength training in this series.

Yeah, I agree about the power skates-- it isn't a complex move, but I always seem to be on the wrong side. I have never actually done the cardio where she breaks down the moves-- just the bonus cardio, so maybe if I am inclined some day I will try it that way.

I thought I was the only one who was always on the wrong side.

I am always on the wrong side. I don't ever like going to the nether regions of the step. And if I have to change directions I have no clue where the heck I am when I am done. I am so thankful Christi understands that I will always follow the background exercisers! I wish Cathe would do that, too!!
