I've used both the Bragg's and Bob's Red Mill, but neither with any degree of regularity, so I'm not an expert.
I'd like to offer a different suggestion, however, since you mentioned you were looking to re-create a kale chip. Some years back, there was a vendor at my farmer's market who used miso to make some of her kale chips and they were absolutely over the moon delicious. There was one ginger-miso variety that practically has me drooling, just thinking about it!

Yikes, the one I use - Miso Master Organic Chickpea only has 270 mg of sodium per 2 tsp. serving. I love it, too and could literally eat it with a spoon.

I have always used Marigold Engevita https://www.amazon.com/Marigold-Enge...s%2C148&sr=8-1 It goes really well in a cheezy cashew sauce or anything else I put it in. |
