Thank you for posting. Physical therapy was great for me, but I have to admit I've not been keeping up with the at home exercises. Most of the exercises are covered in some form or other in my regular workouts, so it seemed extra to do more strength and plyo work on top of my regular workouts. But yin yoga, I can dig that.
