I was a day behind but did day 3 before my workouts today and day 4 after so now I'm caught up! I really like Kassandra and her challenges. I did her AM movement one twice and am halfway through the PM one. I put it on hold for this week long one.

Really enjoyed this challenge. Thanks for posting it. I may return to the two routines where she held the poses for at least two minutes. After my accident and surgeries, my therapist told me I need to hold stretching positions at a minimum of two minutes to slowly improve my range of motion.

I finished the challenge this morning. I really enjoyed it! The daily meditation was something new for me, and the 5-minute length made it easy to fit in every morning.
I did Kassandra's evening yoga challenge last year. I'd like to try another challenge, maybe her longer morning yoga challenge. |
