I made the mistake of ordering a new iPhone from the Apple.com site. We'd done that before with no problems receiving our order.
I was supposed to get "free, express shipping" arriving the next day. So, I looked up the carrier and saw the name "Deliver-It." Oh boy, it looks like another crap carrier like Ontrac. It is mostly the southwestern states. The online reviews are dreadful! ETA: https://www.deliver-it.com/ Of course my package didn't come on the day it was supposed to. Or, the next day. Now it says a delivery date of March 9th. I contacted Apple to cancel my order and get a refund. We'll see how that goes. That's an expensive item to be floating out in the ozone somewhere. Meanwhile my antique iPhone 6s is on it's last legs. It look like I'll be going in to the store to buy a new model. I was trying to avoid that. ![]()

I added a link to their web page:
https://www.deliver-it.com/ It should be called "Deliver-it NOT." Apple says that is it processing my refund. They have huge earnings every year, yet want to ship things on the cheap. (rolleyes)
