I recently received Ashley Borden's Body Foundation. It's all bodyweight -- the segments are categorized as cardio, total body or lower body, but abs seem to be throughout.

I bought it to do with my girls but it looks a little *more* than I was looking for, haha. But I'm sure it would be a good add-on to many things (most of the workouts are ~20 min.)

Definitely Michelle's 360 Athletic Conditioning fits the bill! How could I have forgotten that. I just did this one too. Awesome sweaty body weight workout (I sub the resistance band for the towel). Quite the challenge. I love that she moves quickly and there isn't a bunch of repeating combos.

Wow lots of great ideas you guys!

I recently found Power Music Group Rx workouts. Boot and Axis are bodyweight workouts. Once in a while they may include dumbells, but most of the DVDs I have are all unweighted. FUN! A little like Les Mills in that they have Tracks with music.
I like Sport too although that also uses a step.
