Yesterday I did Total Body Trisets, the total body timesaver premix. I clocked in around 48 minutes, doing only one set of each exercise (including abs as well). Loved it!

I also agree with the previous posters about Supersets/Push Pull, those are some of my most used Cathe workouts.
