Cathe's STS Total Body is my go-to total body strength workout. In addition to the pluses already mentioned, it's great because you know exactly what's coming: 16 reps first round, 12 reps second round, no pulses, no low-ends, no "aww, let's do 8 more". Nice stretch too.
My all-time favorite is Metabolic Total Body from Cathe Friedrich's ICE series I do premix 4 always. But you can cut down from 60 minutes by choosing other premixes.
