Anyone tried his DVDs? Mary has 2 on her new product list and they look good. Any reviews? thanks!

I got the one for Beginner's from Amazon. I used it three times so far. It's ok but his voice isn't as relaxing as it could be. Maybe for you it will be fine. I usually listen to Rod Striker or Peggy Cappy but James is ok.

I like the meditation cds by Alan Finger and Scott Cole. Both have very relaxing voices.

I prefer the free ones on Youtube by Jason Stephenson. He has quite a variety, too.

i also like Alan Finger.
I like Andrew Weil - he has a lot, including CDs with these words in the title: breathing mindfulness stress relief etc. i also use Jack Kornfield & Steve Bodian.
