Could someone please define the 100 rep hip thrust challenge for me? I have done the 100 rep squat challenge, but am not sure how to do the hip thrust.
And what is the purpose of this?

I wonder if there is a way to create cellulite for those poor souls lacking it? hmmmmm

I have some KB videos i should dig out. I may pull out some kickboxing videos i haven't done in a while too. Not sure it will help but it cant hurt.

I actually noticed cellulite after losing weight. Not much weight mind you, maybe 5 or 10 pounds. My skin didn't shrink and tighten and so while my thighs were thinner, they now have cellulite! That said, I made a promise to myself to do something every day. I alternate a few heavy weight days with ballet type workouts and Tonique. The cellulite isn't gone but it's greatly diminished. I haven't lost or gained any weight or inches btw.
