To finally take the time that I spend in my car listening to the Russian language learning CDs that I have yet to crack open!

I have a list.

Like VVF'er, balance is a top priority. I want to keep up the meditation practice I've started, for example. And physical balance, which I hope to improve with Barre3.

I want to read more particularly from a spiritual standpoint.

Get back into a Kundalini practice to help with emotional balance.

As for more pedestrian resolutions, they are:
  1. Complete the Barre3 January challenge (making it my own, as Sadie says)
  2. Go to Planet Fitness more than once a month (those $10.00 workouts ... )
  3. Get a variety of flash drives and be more diligent about backing up my home computer.
  4. Give myself more time to get to work in the morning.
  5. Purge more, buy less
  6. NO BIG GADGETS! No Zumba steps, no Pilates machines, no gizmos, doo dads, wiz wanks and no more cooking appliances.

Good luck with your goals, everyone!

Yes, this! I started 3 days ago....so far so good.

I also want to focus on being less grouchy, less type A, and not as judgmental to those I don't even know. I have a bad habit of jumping to conclusions and flying off the handle at stupid stuff. I just got done reading 'the Shack' and it really struck a chord with me. I need to get spiritual in my life again. I gotta remember when I'm having a bad day....most of the time....it's just small stuff and I'm one lucky girl! So, a change of attitude has been on my agenda for a couple of months now....I just have to keep it on the forefront of my thoughts and actions. Strangely enough, I think it will also help in my first goal.

Sticking to yoga/cardio/fusion workouts and not feeling guilty about it or that I'm not doing enough without weights. It's what's best for me right now, and I just need to enjoy it. I can do push ups on my toes, so I'm strong enough!

Quit buying more workout clothing. Seriously. I have a problem.

That means there are several stores I should try to avoid... Marshall's, TJMaxx, Dick's Sporting Goods, Sports Authority.... the internet.... ARRGHH!

I always use to set my goals for losing weight, but this year I want it to be consistency. If I am consistent with my exercise program I feel less stressed and then I am able to stick with healthier eating.

I also want to be more in the moment with my family and not let the to-dos/errands/housework get in the way.
