Well today I tried another virgin workout, Exhale Core Fusion, the 30 day one,whose exact name escapes me. I think this will be just right. It's 20 minutes per workout, 5 weeks of workouts using yoga, Pilates and light weights. I can add on cardio and upper body. These seem to be athletic workouts which I think I will like.
But I've decided to go to a chiropractor on Monday to rule out something different than what I've self diagnosed
so I don't further aggravate anything and hopefully he will prescribe massage and that can happen soon!

Aunt Famous, my knee feels unstable at times. Almost like its wobbling too much to the left and right. Kind of a creepy feeling! I don't hear grinding, but I hear and feel lots of clicking in knees and in my hip.
This is why I've decided to get it checked so I can be sure I'm on the right tract before I blow out my knee or wear away cartilage. Glad to know that you were able to get your knees corrected.
