Sets can count right?
I'm just trying to think of the ones I use the most, but I love SO many! 1. Cathe Crossfire and To the Max (they can count as one right??? ) 2. Cathe STS 3. Horizontal Conditioning July Hardcore (IF I had to pick one) 4. Ultimate Yogi 5. Cathe XTrain CLB (no LIS Afterburn, wait...) Honorable mentions: Most of my HoCo's (especially the Hardcore clubs), KBKB Scorcher, UFC Fit, Paul K.'s Bootcamp 4x4x2...too many that I love!! I could go on and on but I'll stop there.
