Oh gosh! This is a hard choice. But here I go

1. Tonique BTM, FF and ATM
2. Squeeze Stronger (I just adore the arm and upper body work!)
3. Cathe Imax2 and 3
4. Cathe Intensity
5. Firm classics (minus 2 and 5)

So I cheated and stuck a few together... but I guess this will have to do. I have MANY runner ups. Including a few levels of Tracy Anderson continuity, and love her postpartum work outs. Also really enjoy Yins strengthening. BUT! I will leave the list as it stands, till I need to edit it because I remembered something else lol

They are similar just because they use the pyramid style, but Cathe uses better form and form pointers and is not as fast as Joyce (in a good way). Also there are lots of premix options with Cathe's - doing only pyramid up, pyramid down, etc.

My top 5 right now

1) Studio Sweat on Demand spinning
2) Les Mills Combat anything
3) Les Mills Pump anything
4) Christi Taylor Still Jumpin' - a long time soulmate workout of mine, but Pure Spice Cinnamon is right up there.
5) Kick Punch and Crunch from Cathe
6) Anything from Tracie Long

I'm just trying to think of the ones I use the most, but I love SO many!

2. Cathe STS
3. Horizontal Conditioning July Hardcore (IF I had to pick one)

Honorable mentions: Most of my HoCo's (especially the Hardcore clubs), KBKB Scorcher, UFC Fit, Paul K.'s Bootcamp 4x4x2...too many that I love!! I could go on and on but I'll stop there.
