TA Continuity. I am approaching the 1-year mark of using these almost exclusively. Love them, love the results... but seriously burning out. I am considering a return to the barre, with some pilates and yoga in the mix.

I had such a good time with this. Each dvd can fit 8 hours of workouts. So when I would go to workout, I would put a dvd into the player, just press play and surprise myself with the workout that was coming and stop when I was tired. I alternated more advanced segments with easier segments so I didn't get tired. I alternated cardio segments with different types of toning segments and stretch segments. And I was never bored because I never knew what was coming next and there was so much variety! ha ha. It totally cured my exercise ADHD and it didn't make me feel guilty about not doing certain dvds because I was finally getting around to doing them! I am always wanting to fit in everything and wished I had time to do that. This year, I figured out a way!
I think this is the coolest idea ever! I love it! It would take me forever to do it, but that's just the kind of project I enjoy getting lost in. Good for you, Jessica!

Set: Ultimate Yogi 108 only because I know I did it for 1/3rd of the year

Specific DVD? Maybe Eoin's The Pursuit of Happy Hips? Tracy Reifkind's Give and Take? Hard to gauge...I don't really follow a rotation where I note it daily per se.
