What can I do about loose skin on my back after weight loss?

I've lost 50 pounds. I had a lot of back fat so I have loose skin now. It's pretty noticeable if I wear a knit shirt. Surgery is out. But I was wondering if anybody knew of a good bra or foundation garment of some kind. Thanks!

Soma has great bras with high stretch content. Also, have you tried lifting weights or doing core work like Tracy Anderson or Horizontal Conditioning? Building up the underlying muscle can help support your skin.

I don't have a solution. Your skin may shrink if you give it some time. Congratulations on your weight loss. That's an impressive accomplishment.

Thanks. I've never heard of Soma. I've been doing weights and kettlebells for several months. My back has really leaned out and firmed up and my core looks leaner. But I have loose skin over my shoulder blades. It's getting more noticeable as I get more toned up.
