I like the Yoga Zone dvds with 2 twenty minute workouts on them--most of the instructors are o.k. and the scenery is great. I don't like the long ones in the studio with that guy sitting in the middle while two others do the yoga--just something about the way he sits in the middle bugs me. I sometimes do one with hulu.com but also have old vhs tapes of the workouts.

I too have recordings of the YZ tv episodes on VHS. I really liked the series. Al Bingham is my favorite followed by Jennifer Moness. I also have the 3 dvd beginner set and I rarely do the Total Body Conditioning because Charles & Lisa are leading. I got rid of the hour long Power Yoga Dvd. I actually liked Lisa in that one but hated the balancing segment....never could make it through it.
