I do the Leslie Sansone jogging ("boosted walking") intervals on the rebounder. Kathy Smith's Aerobox is another one that I like on the rebounder. And also any of the high impact Cathe intervals.

Great idea, Kathryn! Thanks for posting...I do CC on my rebounder, too, but also using a step would add a little more variety to those workouts.

I do Tracy Anderson's Metamorphosis Cardio and Continuity Cardio (and Bootcamp would work as well) on my rebounder. I have also done the HiiT workouts from TF on the rebounder. Some "fire drills" work better than others.

I am going to do a Cathe HiiT workout tonight on the rebounder. Are there any that work better than others? I have only done 30/30 (and that was on the step).

I use it for any high or low impact workout that doesn't have complex choreography. It works great for Firm cardio segments.

More examples -

Yesterday I did Cathe's BC with the cardio on the rebounder,
Today I did Jari's Get Extreme Ripped 1000 with the 3 minutes cardio segments on the rebounder.

I do all of Cathe's Hiits on the rebounder, love it!

The hi/lo part of Cathe's maximum intensity cardio works perfect on the rebounder.

I did do Cathe's 30/30 HiiT workout partially on the rebounder last night. I was really surprised how HARD it still was! I have read where some people worry that donig a workout on a rebounder makes it less intense. I didn't think so AT ALL!! It was also fun to pull my step out for the warm-up and intervals that required it. I haven't used my step in probably a year!
