Timely thread! Last week I just did Super Cardio, which I haven't done in several years & just enjoyed the whole thing so much!! First, it was the nostalgia factor in seeing the ladies again (Jen, Dale, Carissa & Allie), the music and the choregraphy. The next day, my calves were surprisingly a little sore.

It's fun to revisit the past & prove that newer isn't always better.

I don't have a VCR anymore and I really miss some of my old Denise Austin tapes. I'd buy them and use them again in a heartbeat if they were on DVD. Anyway, I love old workouts. A lot of the older ones are better than the new stuff I find.

Ditto this.

I no longer have a VCR, but as long as a workout is on DVD and it's effective, I do it. Like many here, the oldest workouts I do regularly are the Firm classics. I'm especially fond of Volume 2. My plan is to do Firm Vol.2 at least once a year for the rest of my life. I have this idea that as long as I can do that workout, I can rest assured that I'm in good shape.
