which workouts do you use on your rebounder

I use David Snively's Custom Fit interactive dvd, but I just googled it and at Amazon someone is listing it for $52.95 + shipping 8-O. I didn't pay more than $15 for mine. I use it for only the 20 minute rebounding workout and I really like the workout I've done it for several years several times a week. But NEVER would I pay that kind of price. I am shocked. I also have PureBounce 1 & 2 and I like them as well, UR-well I just don't reach for them. I also have considered the Canadian wkt referred to above, I thought the outdoor scene looked very inviting. That is one of the features I like about the Snively workout.

I mailed the purehealthclubs how to get the dvds abroad but never got an answer. Does anybody knows how.

I am also thinking to visit the site of Cathe Friedrich and ask her if she could make good rebounder dvds

I ordered the dvd's for pure bounce 1 & 2, I just put them in the cart and paid and I believe there was a comments box where I noted that I was in the United States and if it was a problem to ship them to please let me know. It wasn't a problem although it did take about 3 or 4 weeks to get here. HTH's.

I absolutely loved the Power Jump clip on YouTube, but couldn't find a place to order them from.

Thanks for posting these links Paula - I downloaded them last night as I need a change from the Tracy Anderson ones. I also noticed workouts by Sandrinaha which look quite fun. I tried a couple this morning but need to download more and create a playlist over the weekend when I have more time.
