I read this book a few years ago. IIRC, the fitness portion was 25 mins a day, like this:
5 mins cardio (warm-up)
5 mins upper body
5 mins lower body
5 mins core
5 mins cardio (or more if desired)
The exercises and workout schedule was included in the book.
The meals were somewhat similar, like: 5 meals/day, meals had 5 ingredients (and maybe took 25 mins or less to prepare?)
The guy really liked the number 5.
