For those familiar w/ Priscilla Patrick,Peggy Cappy,Susan Ward,Yoga Zone(Alan Finger)

I'm going to make an investment in some yoga workouts that are older ones
but now on dvd. Which instructor's dvd do you think are the best investment?

Priscilla Patrick(Lower back repair kit, Fibromyalgia, De-stress....)

Yoga Zone(Alan Finger's)

Susan Winter Ward(Yoga for the Young at Heart series)

Peggy Cappy(Yoga For The Rest Of Us,More Yoga...etc)

Thanks!

Well, I've never tried Priscilla, Peggy or Susan, but Alan's dvds were my very first yoga dvds ever, and I still cherish them and count them among my very favorites. He is a terrific instructor for newbies, but even if you have some yoga experience, I think you can get a lot out of his practices.

I love Alan's, too. But I haven't tried the others you mentioned.

I love Yoga Zone and Sara Ivanhoe, they are both somewhat non mystical and tend to focus on yoga not being a race or competition, that you should only do what you can do.

My vote are for the Yoga Zones, especially Conditioning and Stress Release! I have more than just Alan Finger's YZs, because sometimes you need something shorter.

I love Priscilla Patrick's Lower Back Repair Kit but haven't tried her others. Alan Finger's early ones that he led are wonderful. Susan Winter Ward has some nice practices too. I haven't tried Peggy Cappy. If I was going to get just one, it would definitely be the Alan Finger ones.
