Rebounding for weight loss?

Thanks so much for the link. BITH sounds interesting to me. I like the idea of the run/jog thing. I certainly am not a runner, so I am looking for a way to get my heart rate up. Thanks again.

You can get a great workout on the rebounder. I sometimes avoide high-impact because it hurts my feet. With the rebounder, I can jump away and my feet don't hurt at all.

I should add she does some jogs and sprints on her follow-up dvd "The Smart Bounce Beyond Basics" too, and that program actually gets your heart rate up quicker. I often modified BITH by adding in running moves earlier than she does because it starts off more gently. But it's so basic it's easy to modify, and still my favorite of the two.

Thanks for pointing that out, I didn't realize the seller doesn't ship internationally. It's weird coming across a Canadian company that doesn't ship to the US. Usually it's the other way around.
