Thanks, Pam! I'll see what day you guys decide to do it and may join you!

My VF review lists several breakdown points. Also, the last 10 minutes or so is basically just breathing and meditation. I make sure to schedule time for it b/c I find it very worth it to do all.

That's good to know! I don't think I would have the patience for that long right now. I find myself struggling with 30 minutes! I suppose that means I really need it to retrain my brain to be patient and not trying to move on to the next thing.

Tonight I taught yoga and then went to the yoga class after mine, Candlelight Yoga.

Yes I agree it’s best in its entirety. I haven’t done it all in a long time so I look forward to it. I’d also like to get in Yoga Mind & Body and Erich Shiffmann’s Backyard Beginners. I rarely do a full hour of yoga these days unless it’s a live class.

I haven't updated my post on page 4 in ages (I will; it's all in my journal) but wanted to report back that this sadhana - I started mine on 12/21 so it's finished - has been hugely helpful to me in re-establishing my meditation practice. Despite worsening foot pain and a cortisone shot a couple weeks ago, I was able to do SOME asana every day, which was good, but the big payoff for me was daily meditation. I plan to continue that indefinitely. Thanks everyone!

Today I did a practice from Yogea Yoga that I've done before and I really love; it's called Back Soothing Yoga Routine:
https://youtu.be/ZbSdMNmC-0s?list=PL...TsiNx8CvGuydd-

The thing about Antonia's routines is that she doesn't a lot of non-traditional stuff moving the arms and legs around, so you really have to just listen to her left-right cues (I get confused when I try to mirror her on screen). Her practices almost always wind up feeling very stretchy in a unique way.
