My co-worker caught her breast cancer early, so hopefully she will have a good prognosis.

Pam, I did the moon salutations practice you had mentioned this morning. I liked it - her sequence was the way I originally learned, and I liked how she taught facing only one side (I learned them moving more around the mat, which I've found hard to try to teach).

I'm also going to a yin yoga class later this afternoon.

Pat, that sounds lovely!

Today I did a short morning practice from Well with Hels plus a short yoga nidra practice.

My body was calling for a mellow practice today so I did Kate's The Wind Down followed by Eoin's Peace in Conflict meditation.

2 above with real feel -19 here right now. Starting Tue it will be warm in the 30s for a few days. Such weird weather all over.

I thought the start of a new year and clean slate would help but I still can't seem to find the excitement to workout. I had set out a schedule for this month but have dread when I see the long list of short workouts and challenges. I tried revising it yesterday but couldn't get my brain to think differently. I'll try again today. I'm not happy with how my body feels and my eating and digestion have been off for a few months. I worked out Mon, Wed and Fri but most was very easy. I haven't even been motivated by the sadhana to even just do yoga.

Beth, I'm sorry about your coworker's diagnosis. I agree Insight Timer is the best! I just recommended it to my grief group on Wed.
