Does she speak during the workouts at all?
In her earlier routines, yeh, she does. I prefer those in some ways as I like the introduction/instruction of the moves, how many reps etc.

DoYogaWithMe will be having one. You can sign up here: https://www.doyogawithme.com/content...ource=facebook

I have no idea of the level. The one i joined in the past had a beginner choice and a higher level choice, and had both choices each day. Melissa Krieger (probably spelled wrong) was in that one and I love her. Wish I had more info right now. I just saw it and thought of this thread. Love to all!!

I might do this challenge. Do you know how long the challenge will last? 2 months?

I believe the Muscle over 40 Challenge will be 6 weeks. Most of the others she has done have been 3-4 weeks. It's also a long commitment for me as I'm not so great at sticking to routines this long, but I'm definitely going to try!!!

This was mentioned in a yoga thread, I can't remember which one....???

https://manflowyoga.com/mission-daily-yoga/

It costs $9 for the challenge, but you get access to all of the programs for teh duration of the challenge.

I have done Dean's yoga before and it is very well thought out and functional.

I don't think Kaleigh Cohen's Rebel 8 week cycling and strength has been mentioned.

Fitness with PJ - 25 in 25 Challenge

I haven't really clicked w/ PJ in the past, but this challenge sounds good. It is on You Tube - so free...and I think she said it would be up so long as she has a You Tube channel. Which is nice, since there are so many challenges going on in the new year it is hard to just pick one to focus on!

Info is here:
