I have. I suggested her over on the Heather/Caroline thread. I’ve used her shorter 12 min hiits as finishers to other workouts. And I’ve done a couple of her 30 and 40 min ones. I find her pace slower but I still get sweaty which is a nice reminder speed isn’t always necessary to work hard. She’s great on days when I’m stiff and not moving fast anyway or any day, Lol. She has one weight one on there with her mom as a background person too. I haven’t done that one but I watched part of it.

Thank you. I couldn't find it when I looked but it obviously made an impact. Where do her workouts fall on the strength/cardio continuum? On first glance they seem more cardio but that might not be the case.

https://youtu.be/dnAm_v85_HE That’s the link to the workout with her mom. It’s only 19 minutes and appears strength oriented. It was nice to see her workouts can be adapted to any age. I haven’t done any of her strength workouts yet.

I was using her cardio only ones as finishers to Epic or to add in some cardio to the Epic rotation so I focused on no weight workouts. It appears most of her workouts are more cardio than strength building but having never done one aimed at strength I might be totally wrong on that. There’s just something about her I like and the slightly slower pace allows for attention to proper form. I’m assuming she’s the same for her strength too. I may do one of those tonight just to check them out.
