Just wanted to update this thread, Pahla is putting together a spring break challenge - 10 new "stack-able" workouts, each approx 10 minutes in length. It sounds a lot like her Hot 100. Looking forward to trying them next week. I think she will post them on 3/24 - it isn't clear if she is posting all 10 at once or if she will post one a day for 10 days.... I hope she posts them all at once as I'd like to start "stacking" right away.
I have been following her mini-challenges for much of this month and have been enjoying them. She is sneaky - in that she is so friendly and talkative you tend to forget you are being tortured. Overall, I prefer her strength workouts to her cardio workouts as some of her cardio workouts tend to get repetitive for me - a lot of "ladders" and repeats, at least the ones I have done so far. I am enjoying using her Podcasts though for walks on the treadmill. I did a walk/run w/ her yesterday.
