Sunday - first signs of Autumn - still too humid for comfort, but the temperature has dropped from 90+ to mid 70sF (humidity still around 80% so I'm still sticky as a post-it. SOOO looking forward to Autumn.
All week, have only walked. Slumped when DH said he'd be away an additional week. He's usually gone only 2, hit 3 yesterday. Thank goodness for my gym buddy to get me moving (but she was away last weekend, and we only do sat-sun-mon together. Saturday 48min, Amy Bento - Cardio Pump Step Sunday 2 hours, dog walk 52min, Cathe - STS Shock Cardio - MMA Kickbox Other than that, it's been dog walks only for TOO long. Some an hour, but often quite brief due to persistent showers. She's been hardnessed to go a couple of times when I saw a break, but stepped out to.... damn and blast ! it's raining again! It was really good to get a long one in today.

T2B, hi there!! Feeling much better already I still have the stye, but it is almost gone now, same for the cough, thanks goodness! I did a light cardio workout yesterday, and it felt tough! it has been three weeks since my last workout, so it was harder than it actually is, but I was glad to do something finally, thanks for asking! How is your rotation going so far? Iso Strength Chisel sounded very tough! Take care, hope you are having a nice weekend!

ASAS, oh so happy you are doing better! Hope the eye clears up before too long. T2B, yes still having some issues ... Just had to login 3 times to post. What a drag. AMD, sorry you're getting fatigued from all the moving etc. I find it so draining mentally as well. And the condo is a bit of a traffic nightmare to get to most days. Let us know how everything goes with your Mom on the 1st. All the best.
