It is a beautiful day, so I took the dogs on a long walk and did a little bit of gardening (well, patch repair from the dogs in the yard.)

Janet Stone's Radiant Flow Yoga DVD -- I liked many of the flowing parts of this routine but had to modify the arm balances (not for my tender wrists) and the closing sequence with some ridiculously advanced hip openers is just not for me. Great music, good vibe, but one has to modify for one's limitations.
