80 DO Question

So I am totally trying something different and have started 80 day obsession (on day 10) even though I'm not a fan of Autumn Calabrese. But I've never done a program from start to finish because of my workout ADHD. I quite like the weight/butt workouts, but not too crazy about the cardio. Today, I did Turbo for cardio day...I'm already switching out the workouts!

Any 80 day obsession veterans here who did the same thing?

Hi Stacey! I only did Cardio Flow once! It was my least favorite workout of the 80 DO program. I subbed run/walking instead. I didn't mind the other cardio workout.

I only did Cardio Flow about 5 or 6 times during the program because it got more repetitive than the other workouts. Sometimes I subbed in some Cathe, and sometimes I just took a walk.

Other than that, I actually did follow the rotation pretty well. STS is one of the few other programs I have followed closely.

I still go back and do some of the workouts - especially the leg workouts. I just did Peak week Legs on Sunday night and I still had DOMS today. I made a lot of progress in my glute strength when I did this program.

Stay with it, but don’t feel guilty if you sub in one or two other workouts

I've done this program 3 times through and am thinking about starting it again after JNL. I never liked the cardio that much either. Other than that I stick with the set pretty much as designed.
