Sadie Nardini HITT yoga

Sadie came up with a HITT yoga system. She says it only takes 10 min. a day. I wonder what you can accomplish in 10 min. of yoga?

It isn't really 10 minutes. She says "10-30 minutes" and on the page you linked, you can see all the workouts: they range from about 12 to about 33 minutes AND there's a separate warm-up and cool-down, each between 9 and 10 minutes. If you usually do those, you're looking at 30-50 minutes a day, which can certainly be "enough" depending on your goals and previous regimen.
