Tagging on... I have Sculpture, Triple Threat and Getting Better. I actually really like Triple Threat when I manually make my own premix by selecting segments from the menu such that I have my own push-pull split or super sets. Only wish she had real premixes the way KCM does! Sculpture is tough and good but I find the back work a bit lacking or maybe that's just because I am so used to doing fewer reps with heavier weights in my array of other DVDs. Getting Better's upper body work is nice for a lighter day. I need to try all the lower body work on all three soon! Any other recommendations, if any, of what I could consider getting since there's a sale on? I really don't need anymore DVDs...

It was a Veterans Day sale. I am sure she will do something for Thanksgiving, though.

If you get her newsletter, there is a big sale probably ever other week with diffrent sized discounts or certain things at a big discount.
