Yes, it only works in Chrome of Mozilla apparently. I was using IE. Thanks for the tip!

I have the Insight Timer App for my Android-there is an iphone version as well. The basic one is free. It is basically a timer that you set for how long you want to meditate but there are also free guided meditations available. They range from 5 minutes to 90 minutes. Ones by Jack Kornfeld, Sharon Salzberg, Tara Brach and other well known teachers.
Warning: when you sign up you will get emails with offers from Sounds True. You probably can opt out of these but I never tried to.

My favorites are kundalini yoga ones on Karena Yoga You Tube Channel.

Also, google "yoga nidra".

And consider just quieting your mind, focusing on your breath; and tuning in to meditation music, such as:

These links change over time, so try often ....

I'm a huge fan of headspace - got my young adult kids to try it as well! I've been meditating over two years to headspace. Calm looks really good - I hadn't seen it before. And I have the Insight Timer but never realized there were guided meditations with it! Thanks you guys!
