I don't remember how I came across this blog but I really appreciate her reviews and especially her workout spreadsheets. I looked through her blog hoping to find a way to contact her to ask about other workouts and to let her know I read and appreciate her blog but couldn't find a way. Saundra if you are on this board I just wanted to say Thanks so much!!!
