Hi!
I was not up to facing Jessica's 45 minute lower body workout today - so I substituted. I am sure I'll do this one eventually but I need to build up the courage and also try it after a good night of sleep - which is pretty rare for me these days - between working late and my elderly dog who needs to go out in the night --- ugh. So, I did instead: Lucy Wyndham Read - 7 Min Lower Body Workout - Legs & Glutes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KJz4pyszNUQ Jessica Valent Pilates - 10 Min Leg Workout w/ Weights - the basics Jessica Valent Pilates - Workout for Stronger Hips (floorwork/PT/Pilates) Waves, everyone! I also liked that the band work was pretty minimal (on the floor) compared to the standing portions of the workout. The flow of this one was pretty good, and I like to work the muscles differently, instead of using weights all the time!
I am enjoying the rotation, especially since I can't do a lot of treadmill walks right now. My plantar fasciitis has really been bothering me the last few weeks and I can't do a lot of standing. But, I will also have to shorten some of these as our summers (and weekends) are getting busier and busier. Here in RI, we celebrated the 250th Anniversary of " the Burning of the Gaspee" in 1772. DH and I were out all day, going to exhibits at the John Brown House, the RI State Archives, traveling to Gaspee point (where the burning of the ship took place) among other things. http://www.gaspee.org/
