Lower Body Floor Work Recommendations

I am looking for suggestions for a leg workout I can do tomorrow morning.

I already did a standing leg workout and a couple days of cycling this week.

It’s going to be hot and humid tomorrow and my workout room has no air conditioning so I want to do floor work only. Ideally it would have bridging or hip thrusts and maybe some band work and be 35-45 minutes long.

Cathe’s To the Mat comes to mind. Is there anything else on YouTube or DVD like it?

TIA

A few recs:

- Jane Fonda's Original Workout: Advanced, floor work portion (excellent bridge series, inner/outer thighs and all 4s). https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=fwQ1PrED9IE
- Ballet Beautiful Total Body Workout or Body Blast series (killer bridge series).
- Kathy Smith's Ultimate Stomach and Thighs Workout, thighs portion (floor, barre, and standing, you could skip the standing portion, no sure if there is bridge exercises). https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=JraXnB9rHyQ
- Greg Smithey's Buns of Steel (no bridge, but killer workout, spec. for inner and outer thighs, you could skip his warm up, and do your own) https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=976IshR2rgs
- Karen Voight's Great Weighted Workout, lower body segment (no bridge, but killer quad series).

Thank you for this fantastic list. I always enjoyed the floor work from Great Weighted workout. I think this is calling to me.

My favorite lower body floorwork has always been the floorwork from Firm Volume 1

I often add the first 10 minutes of this video to my lower body workouts:
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=aKz-GR...EXQZ8i&index=7

It starts with bridge and then 3 variations of seated leg lifts, quad-focused like KV’s GWW.

I love Dean's workouts. I subscribe to his member area now, and did a coaching call with him.

if you like GWW, Slim Series Firm It Up is similar, and one of the cast members wears ankle weights. w/o ankle weights is already killer.

Different take on floorwork:
Winsor Bun & Thigh Sculpting
Winsor Buns & Thighs Power Sculpting (uses a band)
Quick Callanetics Hips and Behind (has floor, knee, and standing moves, but the floor portion alone is plenty )

Standing workouts (i know you had asked for Floor, but thought i'd add these in):
- Kathy Smith Functionally Fit Lower Body Firming (also appears on compilation DVD "Yoga Sculpt") it is not a yoga workout, by the way.
- Firm Standing Legs
