I have a friend who is a pelvic floor PT and she says every woman should start weekly strengthening (or a couple times a week if you can remember!). She also recommends PT before attempting exercising on your own if you have a prolapse or a known issue.
I do these occasionally (which needs to be more!) to help with pelvic floor strength: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kRp4...g-KYGF&index=2 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NKl8ImI3OVE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bvEbMkOgUHA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XFFDWwQgIRM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yfPiiOtnz5g https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kgEcUJdqEjY |

I really like physiotherapist Michelle Kenaway. She has videos for different pelvic issues. I don't have prolapse, but she has a book and exercises for chronic pelvic pain.
Here are some of her prolapse videos: Michele Kenaway Physiotherapy She is the first one to say that, while Kegels are good for many issues, they can make pelvic pain much worse. Plus, I love her accent!
