I do both DVD and streaming but my internet is spotty and thus can lose money on streaming. Soon I will be on a fixed income and extras like streaming will not be in my budget. So I too have loaded up on dvds. But IMO good marketing and consumer satisfaction is meeting needs of all consumers. Not everyone can afford the streaming. At $14.95 per month x 12 is $180 a year. That’s 4.5 dvds which I own. Downloads would be a good compromise.

Totally understand. I just know that it was a huge decision for them to do the free 2 week trial. I've done those types of trials also and forgot about it.

I was thinking there was a reduced rate for a year of ETV---which I am going to ask about on Monday.

I love ETV's streaming service and do think it is priced moderately. It's not TA or barre3...which is pricey.

Not sure why they aren't moving forward with downloads.

I justify the streaming cost of similar to having a gym membership (IMO)

Plus the one upside of these pandemic times is that we get to experience the live workouts. I love everyone’s personalities, you can tell they miss teaching their classes.

I have learned so much with these and the Facebook workouts about my form, the instruction is impeccable.

Me too! I've really enjoyed the 10 minute Facebook lives. I hope they will be available again one day on DVD or on ETV.

I presume the pandemic threw a wrench in their business plans also. So many businesses had to adapt, quickly.

I think they are in survival mode. I am pretty sure that what is keeping them afloat is their streaming memberships.

I sure don't like hearing that

Yeah, I don't like it either. It's sad...no live classes, no retreats, no live teacher training, with the constant lock downs they have lost the ability to film and produce. Their resources are focused on marketing their streaming.

I'm not saying that they should or should not do things differently. It's just reality.

Wow that is really troubling. I did just buy a year of streaming and now extra glad that I did. I will plan to continue to support them.
