It’s simply fantastic. Lots of high-rep, deep, transformative toning, feel-good stretches and bursts of cardio. It hits the inner and outer thighs and abs beautifully. Intense arms. I love it.

I worked out with Hamelin exclusively for two years before I got pregnant with my daughter three years ago, then switched to Tracy Anderson Streaming. It feels great to be back with Hamelin. I forgot how much I love his design.
