Need feedback on these titles

If I purchased these, are they good choices? Again, my goals are mobility and flexibility (strength is good too, but does not have to involve weight loss or fat burning):

BS 2
Stretch Series V1
Posture and Pain Relief

Thanks for your feedback!

I spoke with this trainer Danielle de Wildt of Esentrics who gave me advice.

https://www.essentricstv.com/danielle-de-wildt-1

She told me you can do the workout of Essentrics in two ways: make your movements big and stretch like you pushing something away. So give it your all. In this way you get the most of the workout and even if you do not sweat it will have impact on your body, The other way is do just the movements and it will be more a relaxing workout which is good too.

Yes, this is what Amanda said in her live class during this stress release week. She talked about how they normally encourage us to make the movements big and take it to the end but in this live class she said we would not be doing that but the movements will be similar. I always thought Seasons 11 and 12 were too slow for me, but with that in mind I might get Season 12 in this sale.
