Yes, the Body Sculpting Series is the beach workout(s).
The workouts are: Arm Blast & Posture Boost (30 minutes) Ultimate Leg Sculptor (30 minutes) Ab Flattening & Waist Shaping (30 minutes) ETA: I just finished the Ultimate Leg Sculptor routine. I agree with whoever said that these are the best Essentrics to date. I loved this routine, even though my outer thighs were screaming at me. Lots of good stretching at the end to release all of the tension. So good!!
