Essentrics AM and PM Challenge

I just saw this: https://essentrics.com/awake-unwind-...VIKxAPaEhouWTg

I'm not interested in joining the streaming service, but I am interested in setting up my own challenge with all the Classical Stretch seasons and workouts I own. How would you decide which routines to do in the morning and which to do in the evening?

P.S. I own CS seasons 6, 8, 10, 11, and 12, the 4 Age Defying Workouts, and the old Express workouts.

I wouldn't over think it. Pick out a more toning or energetic workout in the morning and a stress relief, connective tissue, pain relief, or relaxing workout for the evening.

It looks like the schedule has a lot of standing/barre in the AM and floor in the PM. You could do more toning in the morning, more stretching in the evening. Or, if you have low energy in the morning, you could try a more gentle workout in the morning and a toning workout in the afternoon/evening.

You could also alternate workouts from each season. Either alternate each workout or alternate each day.

Thanks for the tips!

I do think I'm overthinking. You've both simplified it in my mind. Maybe I'll try this next month.

I don't know that i, personally, will even try the challenge or to make my own of only Essentrics, but you saying this, right here, just eased a whole lot of stress I have been having "over thinking" things lately. (I am not the OP by the way, lol). I won't put the whole thing I wanted to say here, but thankyou so much. It was said simply and to the point (i love that). I do keep looking at the streaming service threads on here to see if one would help me get in the right healing movements. Ok, I am gonna make another thread or I'll go totally off kilter here.

Blessings everyone!
Good luck to anyone who is doing it or doing it on their own. I do like Jackie's thoughts of the energetic in the morning and therapeutic(?) at night!! This week am just doing fusion mostly to get in all I can before a tip tho - and walking, but adding some essentrics may help my ankles and shoulders!!
