Thank you for posting. I'm also holding off (only because it will be a long time before I can use them), but I will eventually order these. I love her no-frills strength workouts. The set is appealing here.

She looks great! Her kettlebell swings are off though. She's using her arms, not her hips. I think that would drive me insane.

I was liking what I saw until I saw them doing some strange version of "swings". Will drive me nutty ..but I will get it anyways and do the proper version I know and love.

I just ignore her form and do the proper version I know & love, too. Not sure what school trained her in that....

It's funny because she says something like "don't use your arms, you're using your hips here." I wonder if she's using too light a load, so it looks weird? I have heard that for power moves, if you don't have enough load, your form suffers. Not an expert, so I don't know.

I think she said she used a 15lb KB. That is way too light for her.

I like the look of Strength and Stamina! I also thought her swings were a bit off. But, it is still going to my growing wish list along with her last two releases.

Noticed the swings too, just surprises me she didn't clean that up since it's one of those things that people (including me) get pretty critical about. Definitely yes to the light weight, it's much harder to keep proper form with a weight that is too light, and for swings, a 15 pounder is too light for nearly everyone, let alone someone with Kelly's strength. However, since she's really not swinging right, maybe the light weight is just safer.

She is doing the American style swing and bringing her arms above her head, traditionalists completely shun that move as both unnecessary and possibly harmful, although with a light weight, I don't think it's all that dangerous, but there is just little point to it.

I also noticed her leg stance is too wide, making it harder to get a proper hip hinge, so they are all kind of sumo squatting into the swing, instead of hinging into it.

I'm still on the fence. Guess I have until Sunday to decide.

I notice there's no true modifier in either workout. Wonder why? It's so weird that Cathe has a modifier in her new series and Kelly doesn't.

I will have to pass. Any workouts with "swings" are out for me due to shoulder/neck issues. I am afraid I'd hurt myself. I also need a modifier. The athletic workout is too difficult for me. I'll save money for Kelly's next releases, whatever those may be......
