I am loving this workout. I am using a 35# kb for the swings and I am doing 20 swings for each set, so I end up with 300 swings. I can see how this workout can really work your whole body, especially the core area. I swear my lower abs are trimming down since doing this workout. Doing it 4xs a week.

So, if you're totally new to kettlebells what kind of weight do you start with? Just as a ballpark number (for a 35 year old not completely unfit but still overweight male who works out 5-6 times a week for an hour doing mostly Slim in 6 Ramp it up currently - plus yoga a few times a week in addition).

I'd say 44 or 35lbs. I'm sure that you'll probably be ok with 44lbs.
