I'll do it but, sorry, have to do modified burpees.

I'll do it.

I have done workouts similar to this one on my own. Zuzana also has workouts similar to this workout. They are tough, but it's a huge sense of accomplishment when you are finished.

You see crossfitters do this kind of workout all the time.

At first I thought you were talking about kettlebell snatch burpees as shown in this video.

I wouldn't know a kettlebell swing from a swing your partner do si do swing. I need edumucating. Guess I'll carry on with regular weight lifting & through in some burpees, modified.

Sounds like a "The Pit: Total Body" workout segment, except instead of swings and squat thrusts, it's push-ups and squat thrusts - then once you go up the ladder you go back down. I think you start with 20 pushups, go up to 20 squat thrusts (reducing one push-up adding on squat thrust with each rep), then go back down to 20 push ups. I can't remember - only done it twice.

Ironically enough my bf had forwarded me this email this morning after I saw this post. I asked him if he is now convinced - and he is! We are getting him a kettlebell this weekend and going to look for a trainer for him!

WOO HOO

And Debbie, I'm with ya. I'm trying this tonight!
